A host of luxury and performance cars went under the hammer at the BCA Blackbushe Top Car Auction this week, including a McLaren MP4-12C and a nearly-new Jaguar F-Type. BCA said, "the high-end prestige and sports car market has a strong following with buyers and we have seen lots of interest in high value vehicles during 2013, with bidders prepared to invest six-figure sums for the right vehicle." The new Vauxhall Corsa ecoFLEX for 2010 with 98g/km CO2 emissions As I think we’ve said before – another day, another Eco car. A few days a go we had the new BlueMotion Golf coming in at a chunk under it’s previous iteration on the CO2 emissions front, and today we’ve got Vauxhall’s baby being revealed for 2010 sporting CO2 emissions of 98g/km – which makes a change from the ubiquitous 99g/km figure. The new Corsa ecoFlex manages to trim the CO2 emissions from 105g/km on the previous Corsa ecoFLEX model to 98g/km – and therefore a freebie VED – with even the 5 door version sneaking below the 100g/km threshold.

Built by Jaguar Land Rover’s new Special Operations division at a new facility in old Browns Lane, the Lightweight E-type is also a shot across the bows of specialists such as Eagle, who have been making hay creating modern-day E’s.
