The covers and edges show some very minor wear, but the inside pages look very nice and could almost pass for brand new. There are No greasy fingerprints, ripped, torn or missing pages and no writing.
It is dated 1995, and measures 10-3/4" tall x 8 1/4" wide x almost 1/2" thick.
