You are purchasing a used Fairbanks Morse Starter Pulley. Item is in very good condition.(see pics) Made by Fairbanks Morse, part # 13-10. I don't know what models or years this item will fit so always ask a Dealer to be sure, but I believe it is for Kohler engines. Measures 9/16" diameter arbor hole, 2 7/8" across diameter, and 1 3/8" high. Goes with # 51-31 Recoil Cover. A great part for rebuilding your Vintage Kart engine or any other applicable engine.
