2011/2012 Kia Rio Revealed
Fri, 11 Feb 20112011 / 2012 Kia Rio With the inexorable move by Hyundai and Kia to higher quality, Euro-centric cars the Kia Rio is overdue to be Euro-fied. The Panamera Turbo left us a little underwhelmed when we put it through its paces a year ago, chief issues being the packaging, styling and ergonomics.

It is pressing for tougher penalties and said that often, rather than being locked up, fraudsters end up being sentenced to community orders, which "do little" to deter them from re-offending.
