Ferrari adds Apple executive to board

Eddy Cue has worked for Apple for 23 years and reports directly to company CEO Tim Cook. He serves as senior vice president of Internet and software activities for the Cupertino, Calif., company.
Hertz brings back rent-a-racer program with Dream Cars

Later, the cars would be refreshed and repurposed for sale as GT350-H models. Just as the horsepower wars have returned, so has Hertz' rent-a-racer program.
Where did the word 'automobile' come from?

It wasn't the first publication to do so; Scientific American used the phrase "automobile carriage" in a May 14, 1898, review of the Winton Motor Carriage, but the Grey Lady -- a more influential publication -- was the first to debate the term.
