Large Soft Cushion

Noise Cancelling Electret Microphone
Fully adjustable microphone beam with wind screen allows ATC and your companions to hear you loud and clear. Microphone has been perfected to deliver high quality, crystal clear communication.

Silicone Gel Ear Protection
Soft ultra-thick gel ear protection provides you with an amazing 26db in noise reduction and comfortably protects your ears. Leather ear cushions are available for purchase separately.

MP3/Audio Compatible
Bring your favorite songs on board! Simply plug-in the 3.5 mm auxiliary cable (included) into your Faro headset and take the joy of flying to a whole new level.

Active Noise Reduction Technology (ANR)
Faro® G2 Active reduces the unwanted ambient noise in the cockpit by using both Passive Noise Reduction (PNR) and Active Noise Reduction (ANR).

Passive Noise Reduction is achieved by placing sound absorbing material between your ears and the outside environment.

Active Noise Reduction is achieved by placing a microphone inside the ear cup to “read” incoming noise and generating an “anti‐noise” signal through the
speakers. The anti‐noise and the ambient noise will cancel each other before they reach the ear.

Through this technology, low frequency ambient noise is significantly reduced and important communication can be heard in a clear, crisp manner.

G2 will continue to operate as a standard aviation headset should the ANR become inactive for any reason such as low or no battery power.

  1. Uses two AA batteries.
  2. Battery will last up to 30 hours depending on environment.
  3. Supports mono and stereo intercoms.
  4. Low battery is indicated by a flashing red LED light.
  5. Headset will operate as normal PNR headset with low or no battery power.

Wed, 21 Aug 2013

We’ve driven the new 2013 Mercedes-Benz S-Class already this year (and loved it), but now the ‘best car in the world’ has added another feather to its cap. The German firm has released details of a super-high efficiency version of its S-Class saloon called the S500 Plug-in Hybrid, ahead of the car’s debut at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show next month. It goes on sale in the UK in 2014, and its vital statistics are absolutely astonishing.

Alfa Romeo MiTo Turismo Sport launched

Thu, 12 Aug 2010

The Alfa Romeo MiTo Turismo Sport Don’t get barkingly excited, this isn’t a barn-storming MiTo in the mould of the much anticipated – but not yet materialised – MiTo GTA. It is in fact a Limited Edition Alfa MiTo based on the MiTo Turismo with £1,610 worth of extras bolted on and available with a petrol or oil burning engine. The extras over the MiTo Turismo spec – which already includes stuff like AirCon and Alfa’s DNA – include 16″ alloys, Cruise, Spoiler, Blue & Me and multi-function wheel.

Toyota ditches Corolla badge

By Phil McNamara Motor Industry 30 July 2006 12:16 The Corolla brand is going the same way as Oldsmobile, Jif and Marathon – to the knacker's yard. It may be the most venerable nameplate in motoring history, but Toyota is ditching the Corolla badge in western Europe. The latest incarnation of the Japanese family car will be unveiled at the Paris motor show in September 2006, but it won't be wearing the Corolla logo.
