With no laptop required, FAST™ has developed three simple, easy-to-use air/Fuel meters for gasoline, diesel and ethanol/Methanol (E85) fuels. Available in single or dual Sensor units, these meters give tuners the power to read two wide-band Oxygen sensors individually or average them together for maximum accuracy of the Engines air/Fuel ratio reading. The FAST™ Air/Fuel Meters include several enhanced capabilities, including the built-in data logging capability that plays back recorded information on a lighted, full graphical display screen rather than using a laptop computer. Additional features include outputs for external data loggers, digital gauges, as well as a narrowband simulator function that allows you to feed your Engines Computer a factory signal while using the wide-band Sensor for Air/Fuel measurement.

By Ben Whitworth Motor Industry 21 August 2008 11:01 Trident’s new Iceni sportscar sounds like a dream machine – the Norfolk-based low volume carmaker claims its two-seater grand tourer can top 200mph, swings with a 550bhp turbo-enhanced punch for a sub-four second sprint to 60mph and can return up to 100mpg for a claimed 2000 mile range on a full tank of fuel! Oh, and did we mention that fuel is biodiesel?What? That sounds amazing!Hold your horses there.

Fisker to buy former GM Solstice/Sky plant in Delaware for $18 million

The old General Motors plant in Delaware that until July cranked out sports cars for Pontiac, Saturn and Opel will be sold and retooled to build plug-in hybrids with UAW workers. Fisker Automotive said Tuesday that it will buy the plant, located in Wilmington, Del., from Motors Liquidation Co.--the old General Motors Corp.--for $18 million. If Fisker's plans come to fruition, production at the plant could start in late 2012.
