CAR Most Wanted of 2014: Audi TT
Wed, 08 Jan 2014By the CAR editorial team First Official Pictures 08 January 2014 10:30 The Audi TT is Audi's 911. Okay, it’s 15-years-old rather than 50, but it’s the sports car that made the Audi of today. And the all-new, third-generation TT wants to challenge the 911 like never before, with sharper dynamics and more performance, especially in 380bhp TT RS form.
Mercedes C 63 AMG Edition 507: Price from £66,960
Thu, 16 May 2013Available as Saloon, Estate or Coupe, the C 63 AMG Edition 507 will cost from £66,960 (for the saloon) and £68,160 (for the estate and coupe), or at least it will until you start to bother the options list. But for the base price you do get a fair bit already, with the AMG Drivers Pack as standard – which gives you extra horses (500bhp) and a higher top speed (174mph) and a free day out at an AMG BASIC Training Power and Passion Event so you can learn to drive your new C63 properly. As well as the extra power and freebie outing, you also get a selection of cosmetic and equipment teaks to the standard C 63 AMG including 19″ AMG Cross-Spoke alloys, composite brakes with red brake callipers, AMG bonnet with power dome and gloss black air vents and gloss black highlights for stuff like the mirrors and grill.
Ford Focus Electric debut
Sat, 08 Jan 20112012 Ford Focus Electric - debuted at CES Las Vegas We expected Ford to debut the electric version of the new Focus at the Detroit Motor Show next week until they did the whole ‘Electric Focus Tease‘ thing last week. Just like Audi with their latest e-Tron Spyder, Ford has chosen to take the wraps off at the CES in Las Vegas. Which is probably as clear an indication as you need that the car’s place in the marketplace is becoming blurred with the push towards electric cars.
