Jaguar F-Type Coupe at Los Angeles Auto Show?
Tue, 02 Oct 2012Reports suggest that the Jaguar F-Type Coupe will debut in production guise in November at the Los Angeles Motor Show. Of course, we’ve already seen much of what the F-Type Coupe will offer in the C-X16 Concept – the basis for the F-Type – when that was revealed a year ago, but we hadn’t expected to see it as the F-Type Coupe until at least Geneva 2013. 2011 Ford Shelby GT500 Mustang gets more power, loses gas-guzzler tax
Mon, 08 Feb 2010The 2011 version of the Ford Shelby GT500 Mustang carries a supercharged 5.4-liter V8 that weighs less, delivers more power and uses a unique spray-coating process that eliminates the need for cast-iron liners in the aluminum cylinder block. The 550-hp Shelby GT500 also loses something from the previous model--it's gas-guzzler tax. Ford says the new Shelby GT500 will deliver 23 mpg on the highway and 15 mpg in the city.
Citroen DS5: UK debut at Top Gear Live
Tue, 18 Oct 2011Citroen DS5 to get UK debut at Top Gear Live The latest iteration of Citroen’s recreation of the iconic DS moniker – the Citroen DS5 – made a production-ready debut at Frankfurt last month, and now UK drivers will be getting their first chance to see the new DS5 at the Top Gear Live shows. And it’s a good move by Citroen to get the new DS5 front and centre at the Top Gear Live shows – which will be at the NEC in Birmingham and the ExCel in London in November – to prove to those who love cars just how good the DS5 is. From initial scepticism when Citroen first revealed they were reviving the DS badge, we’ve come to love what Citroen has done with the new DS cars.
