SEMA 2008 show report: Dodge Challenger

Thu, 06 Nov 2008

By Ben Whitworth Motor Shows 06 November 2008 16:59 Chrysler may have its back against the wall, but that hasn't stopped its SRT skunkworks team churning out what is easily the most politically incorrect – and, as a result, wonderfully desirable – Challenger SRT-10. Yes, and with an 8.4-litre 600bhp V10 Viper motor shoehorned into the Dodge’s engine bay, there’ll be plenty of tyre smoke! Hamilton tops the time sheets as F1 season kicks off

Fri, 14 Mar 2014

LEWIS HAMILTON recovered from the misery of completing just half a lap on his opening run to move to the top of the timesheets on the first official day of the new Formula One season. That was it for Hamilton until the start of second free practice, when he more than made up for lost time and underlined his status as championship favourite in the wake of Mercedes' impressive form in pre-season testing.

Peugeot 207 Outdoor

Thu, 08 Mar 2007

By Ben Whitworth Motor Shows 08 March 2007 09:11 207 estate joins hatch and CC line-up Peugeot calls it the 207 Outdoor Concept. We call it the 207 SW estate, and it arrives here in July, minus the glitzy showcar bits. Based on the 207 chassis, the estate will use all the hatchback’s transmissions and engines bar the 1.6-litre turbo found in the GTI, with prices starting around the £10,000 mark.
