Ferrari F360 Front Spoiler and Skid Plates

The Front Spoiler increases negative lift (downforce). The Skid Plates protect the spoiler and front bumper.

These skid plates will stop those annoying scrapes and damage to your F360 front bumper. Their effectiveness is that they are contoured to the bumper and lap forward, combined with the strategic positioning on the absolute lowest point of the bumper. On kerbs, gutters and speed humps they will take the first point of contact, which is the objective. These skid plates are backed with a neoprene membrane ensuring a perfect fit, even if this area of the bumper has been repaired previously.

Easy to fit, with all fittings, tools and instructions supplied, including a template for perfect positioning.
Manufactured from high tensile aluminum.
Powdercoated in Satin Black.

GM sued for not recalling nonpolice Chevrolet Impalas to fix spindle rods

Wed, 06 Jul 2011

General Motors has been sued by the owner of a Chevrolet Impala who claims the company recalled police versions of the sedan to fix a tire-wear issue but did not recall civilian Impalas for the same problem. According to the suit, filed in Detroit, GM issued a recall for police Impalas in 2008 for faulty spindle rods, which misaligned the rear wheels and led to premature tire wear. GM told dealers to replace the spindle rods, realign the rear wheels and replace the tires.

Peugeot 3008 Hybrid4 (2010) first details

Tue, 24 Aug 2010

Peugeot has released details of its new 3008 Hybrid4, the world's first hybrid production car with a diesel engine under the bonnet. So far all car makers dabbling in hybrid technology have plumped for petrol engines, primarily on the grounds of cost and the fact that countries such as the US, Japan and many emerging markets still prefer unleaded to derv.We saw the concept 3008 Hybrid4 in 2009 at the Frankfurt motor show, and now Pug has turned it into reality. The Hybrid4 employs PSA's 2.0-litre oil-burner allied to an electric motor, and offers claimed fuel economy of 74mpg and CO2 emissions of 99g/km, slipping – just – under the 100g/km barrier.

LSE shows the Range Rover Sport ‘Tiret’ Coupe

Fri, 27 Mar 2009

A bespoke version of the LSE Range Rover Sport Coupe - The Tiret Coupe - currently on show at the Baselworld Show in Switzerland The LSE Coupe is not quite as radical as the original Stormer Concept, but it goes a good way to addressing the style issues that surround the Land Rover version of the car; the LSE is certainly more individual. Powered by either the regular 4.2 supercharged lump (or the TDV8 as an option), the standard S/C lump can be tweaked to deliver either 480bhp or 520bhp. But even the regular S/C in the LSE comes with a tweaked ECU to deliver more power and torque than the standard unit.
