Elk Grove Village, Illinois, United States

Elk Grove Village, Illinois, United States
Parts Manual is in excellent condition with no discoloration or damage - looks new. Other literature is in good, protected condition
Country/Region of Manufacture:Italy

This Lot of Ferrari 365GT 2+2 Literature was accumulated by me when I owned one of these cars.  The lot includes:

  • A Factory Parts Manual that is in pristine condition.  Dated 1968.  They don't get any better than this.
  • A 4-Page Press Release dated September 27, 1968 on Ferrari letterhead.  This describes the car with a typical marketing flair that you would expect from a factory propaganda piece.
  • A 1-Page, Double Sided Factory Spec. sheet with B&W illustration on one side and engine and chassis specifications on the reverse side along with a B7W photo of the engine.
  • A 3-Page "Road Test" from January, 1970 - I presume this is from Road & Track magazine but can not confirm.
  • A Collector Sheet published by "Editions Atlas."

I have no idea of the value of this lot - hence, I am offering at No Reserve.  To be fair with all interested parties, know that I will not end this Auction early!

Vauxhall Astra GTC gets new 1.6 litre 197bhp engine If you want a quick Vauxhall, you’d normally opt for a VXR. But the new 1.6 litre turbo petrol Vauhall has fitted to the Astra GTC may make you think otherwise. Vauxhall has taken the 1.6 litre petrol turbo from the Cascada and planted it in the Astra GTC where it manages to be 30 per cent more powerful than the old 1.6 litre and still manages to improve economy and emissions.

Skoda Yeti Laurin & Klement adds gloss to the Yeti

Mon, 21 Jan 2013

Skoda has revealed a range-topping Yeti SUV – the Yeti Laurin & Klement – with extra equipment over the Yeti Elegance. It might sounds like a firm of solicitors, but Laurin & Klement (Václav Laurin and Václav Klement) are the founders of what is now SKODA and Skoda use their names to badge their range-topping cars, hence the Skoda Yeti Laurin & Klement. The Yeti Laurin & Klement starts off as a Yeti Elegance before Skoda bolt on £4,000 worth of extra goodies, and you can have it only as a 4WD with the 1.8-litre TSI 160PS, 2.0-litre TDI CR 140PS DSG or 2.0-litre TDI CR 170PS engines.

Toyota GT 86 Convertible on the way With the Toyota GT 86 not yet out in the wild, we learn that Toyota are planning a GT 86 Convertible. In what is perhaps one of the least surprising revelations recently, Toyota’s chief engineer has conformed that they are working on a convertible version of the GT 86. Well, they want to take a piece of the MX-5′s market with their new ‘affordable’ sports car so they have little choice.
