Description:

Very rare catalogue: Original Ferrari Spare Parts Catalog for: 1968 - 1973 365 GTB/4 (Daytona) models. This book comes from a private collection and it has never been previously circulated.

Please note: in my best judgement this parts catalog is an older facsimile aka the second print series by Ferrari, as evident by the stapled bounding as opposed to the originally used brass rivets. Also the quality of the paper is matte and lastly it contains two additional addendum sections date stamped Settembre (September) 1972 for Air Pollution System (emissions) and parts Revision section date stamped 3-1974.

Therefore I am listing this as an older vintage "facsimile" by Ferrari (the owner's manual noticeably has the distinctive older book scent). This book definitely is NOT a recent reproduction so it will definitely suit both FCA level and concourse condition Daytona models!

1- Spare Parts Catalogue 1969 (printed in Italy - N. 70/72) --- index is tri-lingual in English, French and Italian - main pages are in Italian - Old Stock in new condition - never been used for a vehicle or placed in glove box - all pages are perfectly intact - the spine is also intact and in perfect condition - none of the pages are loose or separated - please see photos!

Overall this manual is in LIKE-NEW condition! Some very minor wear marks show on the covers because of lengthy shelf storage!

The manual is exactly as photographed: (the book which is pictured is what you will receive - the decorative Ferrari sign is NOT included!)

Students of the Transportation Design course at Turin's Istituto Europeo di Design (IED) have been busy designing a new road-going McLaren sports car for the British brand. Third-year students developed 14 super cars for project sponsors McLaren as part of their final-year project for the 2005-2006 academic year. 1961 Ford Gyron concept scale model sells for $40,000

A scale model of the 1961 Ford Gyron concept has sold at auction for $40,000, around four times its estimate. The space-age concept car – designed by Alex Tremulis, McKinley Thompson, Syd Mead, Bill Dayton, John Najjar, and Elwood Engel – debuted in 1961 at the New York International Auto Show and featured two wheels mounted along the car's centerline, usung a gyroscope for stability. The full-size model – which relied on stabilizing wheels instead of a gyroscope – also predicted the development of satellite navigation systems, car phones and infrared sensing.
