I have recently found more Ferrari parts and literature in addition to the items I have previous sold on eBay. We had these manuals for the 246GT amongst a collection of spare Ferrari parts that my father kept on hand for his cars. Six books total.They are: Dino 246 GT Chassis Service Manual Abstract 1974 (in English). Dino 246 GT Additional Instructions for the USA Versions 1972 (in English). Dino 246 GT Operating, Maintenance, and Service Handbook 1970 (in Italian, French, and English). Dino 246 GT Operating, Maintenance, and Service Handbook 1971 (in Italian, French, and English). Dino 246 GT Spare Parts Catalog 1969 (in Italian). Dino 246 GT Technical Instructions shop manual (in Italian) These books are in good condition, especially internally. The covers are a little grubby and worn, please see the photos. The binding on the 1971 Operating Manual is loose, the spine tape has dried out, and the staples are loose, please see photo. All of the other books have good bindings. These are original manuals, even the grubby marks on the covers are from use during the days when these cars were still daily drivers, and not yet rarified museum pieces.
(A draftsman's eraser will take most of the marks away, if one so chooses to clean the covers. However, I like the "literary patina", knowing it came from it's intended use.) Mercedes CLA45 AMG first photo
Thu, 21 Feb 2013The first photo of the baby swoopy-coupe Mercedes CLA45 AMG has been revealed ahead of a New York Auto Show debut in a PS4 Driveclub release. The car that Mercedes hope will give it the edge over BMW and Mercedes in the hot baby premium market – the A45 AMG – has already been revealed, and it looks very promising. But although we’ve got the A45 AMG and all its specs already, we’re yet to see a photo of its swoopy-coupe sibling – the Mercedes CL45 AMG – even though the new CLA range has been revealed.

Mon, 24 Mar 2014Mike Ryan does amazing things with the Banks Freightliner. And with Pikes Peak still half a year away, Ryan settles for practice in the Long Beach docks in "Size Matters 2." He weaves the semi in and out of boxes, does donuts in the same tight radius as a matte-black 240SX (driven by stuntman Daniel Leavitt, who ironically shares his name with a reckless driving attorney in Virgina), and dodges even larger trucks. (No Dodges, though there's the Freightliner connection.) Campaign to tackle used car faults
Wed, 06 Nov 2013A NEW INITIATIVE by the Trading Standards Institute (TSI) to help the public avoid the dangers of buying a used car has been launched. It comes after research by the TSI that shows a half of all used cars show up with a fault within a month of being bought by a new owner. In the past 12 months, the TSI has received 84,000 complaints about used cars.
