Just over 12% of men think that some beautiful cars can look better than women, according to a new survey commissioned by Volvo in collaboration with brainwave monitoring specialists MyndPlay. The final part of our road test / review of the 2010 Range Rover Sport   It’s only been very recently that I’ve accepted that a diesel engine belongs in anything other than an HGV or a taxi. I’ve had to concede that maybe it’s not entirely realistic to want a petrol V8 in every car I drive, and there are now some very convincing diesel lumps around. They don’t sing like a good petrol lump, but the big wodge of torque most have really does go a very long way to compensate.

Mitsubishi weighs a 'different direction' for the Lancer Evolution

The current generation of Mitsubishi Motors Corp.'s Lancer Evolution high-performance sedan appears be its last as the automaker works to refashion itself as a leader in electrified vehicles. Mitsubishi is considering a "different direction" for its rally-inspired, all-wheel-drive sport sedan as it prepares to launch eight electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles globally by 2015. The plan is fueled in part by a need to meet tougher global fuel economy and emissions regulations.
