  • Large hardcover book, the 1976 Third Revised and Enlarged Edition of the classic work. 264 pages with lots of B+W photos and diagrams and history on every page. Not ex-library, no remainder mark, not price clipped ($29.95). There are some tears and fading on the dustcover but the book itself is in Excellent condition. No moisture damage, NO grease and oil stains, no loose pages.
  • Buyer pays $4.19 S+H to any address in the USA. If there are duties or taxes from your country, you are responsible for them. I do not normally insure small shipments but I do use Paypal shipping labels which include tracking numbers (for US addresses only). I will also combine multiple purchases to save you money on the shipping.

Porsche uses phone-formatted bar codes to connect with customers

Porsche is harnessing the power of smartphones, using Microsoft Tag bar codes to provide dealership customers with unique information about the cars they're looking at. Buyers can scan the square stickers with a properly equipped phone, and the application will take them to dedicated microsites where they can see stats, videos and pictures of the car, along with audio clips of a flat-six engine revving up. Through the microsite, buyers can provide contact info for a follow-up call from Porsche salespeople.

The Audi A3 1.2 TFSI Cabriolet arrives in the UK The Frankfurt Motor Show last year was – as is often the case these days – something of a ‘Green-fest’. We had BMW’s Vision Concept and the first outing for an Audi e-tron (is that really only six months ago?), but we also had the introduction of the smallest engine Audi have ever stuck in a car – the 1.2 TFSI. It may be the smallest engine, but it’s not the least powerful thanks to the turbo.
