Heres an item almost every Spider 2000 needs.  This is a set of new reproduction plastic sleeves that hold the female seat belt and buckle.  Fits 1980-85 Spiders. You slide in your existing belt and install in the original mounting point.   You can make a hook tool from a wire clothes hanger and pull the belt through the sleeve.  Once its bolted down you pop on the round cap which covers up the mounting bolt.  These have a curve in them to help prevent cracking.  Set includes two sleeves and two caps for the mounting bolt holes.  Seatbelt not included, only shown as an example. These fit great and allow normal operation. TAN SET. ................................ .

The move is designed to kickstart interest in the brand, which is suffering a 9% slump in sales in 2014 year to date.
