Delivery- All delivery times listed are from the day the item leaves the parts department, not from the day you placed the order.  If the order is urgent, then please let feel free to email us for immediate delivery.  Shipping charges will not be refunded once the item has shipped.  All in stock orders placed by 3:00 PM EST (Monday-Friday) will ship same day, otherwise the next business day.  All orders not in stock usually arrive at our dealership within 1-3 business days (excluding Holidays and Weekends) and will ship the day they arrive.  All vendor items on back order and not available to meet the expected delivery time will be notified by email.

Oversized Items- Some auto parts such as: hoods, fenders, doors, bed liners, bed covers, interior pieces or anything unusually large, may require extra shipping charges or specific shipping options due to weight and/or size.  You will be notified of any additional shipping charges before the order is processed.   

International Shipping- All International orders including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and Canada must use invoice request (Request Total from Seller) when purchasing.  Please email for shipping quote before purchase.  All shipping prices listed on eBay are for the Continental United States only.

Returns- Electrical items and Supplement Restraint System components (i.e. SRS Modules, Airbags, and Crash Sensors) are non-returnable. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable.  Items that have been opened from their original packaging, damaged during installation or applied to the vehicle are non- returnable. Restocking fees may apply.

The Toyota Prius acquitted itself well in the snow - once we'd dug it out. It seems to us that the Prius is a mode of transport, not a car in the sense we enjoy a car. It’s not about feeding sensations back to the driver or a beautifully balanced chassis or an interior to die for or a design that makes little butterflies flutter in the pit of your stomach.
