A key fob of a Fiat 500 Abarth made from raising a 2D picture to a 3D object and then 3D printing it. This was printed by laser sinter which melts nylon powder hundreds of times a vertical inch until an object is created. Since it is solid nylon, these are very strong unlike other styles of printing. That is a one inch ring that is attached for a size reference.

Nissan recalls Altima sedan for suspension fix
Mon, 01 Aug 2011Nissan is recalling about 20,000 Altima sedans from the 2011 and 2012 model years to fix a transverse link bolt that might not have been torqued to the proper specification. Altimas built between April 25 and June 10 at the Canton, Miss., plant are affected by the recall. The bolt could come loose while the vehicle is being driven.

Since ex-Ferrari man Dany Bahar arrived at Lotus it’s all turned in to a bit of a soap opera. From announcing the creation of six new Lotus cars and plans to turn Lotus in to an East Anglian cross between Ferrari and Aston Martin, to the completely bizarre Lotus PR meltdown rant we saw recently, it’s not been quiet in Hethel since Dany Bahar arrived.
