Features Our aluminum flywheels are made from the highest quality 6061 T6 aluminum. The material is fantastic for strength heat dissipation and of course reduction in weight. BODY - 6061 T6 ALUMINUM Tolerances machined to +/- .001 6061 T6 has an ultimate tensile strength of at least 42 000 psi and a yield strength of at least 35 000 psi. RING GEAR - 1050 STEEL / HEAT TREATED Heat treated for durability. The gears are heated then pressed on and secured with grade 8 button screws. REPLACEABLE FRICTION PLATE - 1045 STEEL The friction surface we use is an incredibly strong 1045 steel. The plates are milled to meet our high specifications. With these replaceable plates there is no need to replace the entire flywheel when the clutch or flywheel is at the end of it's life saving time and money. BUTTON SCREWS - GRADE 8 Increased security helping fasten the ring gear to the flywheel. FASTENERS - MILITARY SPEC Military grade aerospace fasteners aid in pulling heat away from the clutch face. Properly spaced for form and function. STEPPED DOWELS - STEEL Once pressure plate is installed they become locked in place. First in the industry to implement the use of stepped dowels. Wed, 11 May 2011Aston Martin is teaming up with Italian design house Zagato again to mark the 50th anniversary of the DB4 GT Zagato with a new Zagato-bodied V12 Vantage. Only this solitary teaser image has been published so far, revealing the shape of the new 2011 Aston Martin V12 Vantage Zagato - which is likely to make production. The car will be shown at the Villa D’Este concours in Italy on 21 May 2011 – and Aston Martin promises this starts a new working relationship with Zagato, suggesting further models will be forthcoming.
Fall in drug-driving admissions
Fri, 07 Feb 2014THE NUMBER of motorists admitting to drug-driving is falling, according to Government figures. Just 0.5% of motorists said they had driven under the influence of drugs during the 2012/13 financial year compared with 1% who owned up to this offence during 2011/12. Based on a survey by the Office for National Statistics, the figures also showed that 6.4% of motorists had admitted drink-driving at least once in 2012/13 compared with 7.4% in 2011/12.

It's the fourth addition to the E-class range, and as with the latest E-class Coupe, the new drop-top replaces the old CLK. The new E-class Cabriolet shuns a hard-top and continues to favour the more traditional folding fabric arrangement - the hood can be opened or closed in 20 seconds at speeds of up to 25mph.
