New in box and original plastic wrap. Friction surface has minor surface rust spots from storage.
Brand:Fidanza Manufacturer Part Number:198581

Hello:  For sale in this listing is a Fidanza flywheel that fits a 1993-1997 LT1 Camaro or Firebird.  I purchased it originally for $369.00 in order to convert my 1989 Camaro over to a 6-speed, but my project has been postponed.  This item is brand new and has been stored in my house since purchased.  It is in its original box and plastic shrink-wrap, but has developed some minor surface rust spots on its friction surface and on the ring gear.  The friction surface, however, is replaceable and the minor ring gear rust won't cause any problems.  It should also be mentioned that this flywheel comes with a set of bolts.  I'm not sure it they're pressure plate or flywheel bolts, as they're in a plastic bag inside the shrink wrap and I'd rather not tear into that to find out.  I cannot accept returns on this, but shipping is free.  Good luck and thanks for checking out my listing!

Porsche Panamera (2009): first official photos

Mon, 24 Nov 2008

By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 24 November 2008 09:00 Today's launch of the new Porsche Panamera is a timely reminder that Porsche is no stranger to controversy. It is happiest pursuing mechanical layouts others deem impossible, turning gamekeeper and buying Volkswagen outright, and laughing in the face of cynics who deplore Porsche-badged off-roaders. The new Panamera sports saloon is going to reignite plenty more controversy, trust us.

Car Insurance ‘Black Box’ a good idea? We find out.

Sun, 30 Dec 2012

We’ve been testing a new ‘Telematics’ App from Confused.com which mimics the ‘Black Box’ technology insurers are offering in an attempt to make car insurance cheaper. The inexorable rise and rise of car insurance premiums is a fact of life, and will continue until government gets a handle on ambulance-chasing lawyers and the UK’s idiotic whiplash claims industry. But if you’re looking to find a way to cut your insurance premiums, then having a ‘Black ‘Box’ fitted to your car to monitor your driving so you get charged for how much – and how well – you drive looks a promising idea.
