this engine transmission combo came out of a 1984 Pontiac Fiero. It is in running and driving condition. The engine is a 2.5 liter 4-cylinder Iron Duke. The transmission is a four-speed manual. The car only had 28 thousand miles. I have documentation to prove that. And I was the original owner. The car was sold and dismantled to make a kit car. The buyer did not want the engine and transmission so I took it out. If you would like more pictures or details please contact me. Prefer local pickup but I will ship at your expense. Lotus to build Ethos mini with Proton, Elan delayed

Lotus today confirmed it will build its city car concept - with help from parent firm Proton - but the Elan sports car has been put on ice. The new Lotus city car will be called the Ethos, continuing a long tradition of E-names for products from Hethel. The Lotus city car is go Chief executive Dany Bahar said the city car would be on sale in early 2014.
