This fifth wheel folding ball hitch system does not require any tools to fold ball up into the towing position or down when not in use.

The 2 5/16" ball in the Atwood folding ball system folds down into the truck bed when not in use, leaving the bed clear for maximum utilization. The slide bar offers easy hitch to safety chains with the link secured by the bar. Installation requires an 8" x 11 1/2" hole in the truck bed to mount the heavy-gauge steel assembly to the vehicles frame for a secure installation.  The rugged Atwood ball is rated for 25,000 lbs. GVWR and 5,000 lbs. vertical load capacity.
