Firestone Work Rite
Load Assist Springs
#8629
For Front Suspension

I bought this kit new for my truck, but never installed it. The Firestone (riderite.com) website listed this as fitting my 2001 GMC 1500 Series 4x4 truck, but it does not. My frame doesn't have a hole for the center bolt, and it can't be drilled out. One of the pictures shows 3 red zip-ties. There are actually 6 in the kit. I missed the other 3 that were in the box when I took the photo.

It fits 00-09 GM 2500 and 3500 series trucks, and 1500 series 2WD trucks. Check their website to make sure it will fit your vehicle.

Caterham CSR 175 – Tokyo Catchup

Fri, 23 Oct 2009

The CAterham CSR 175 revealed at Tokyo We reported a few weeks ago that with the economic crisis still enveloping car makers round the world the Tokyo Motor Show was going to be almost exclusively domestic. Just Lotus – who brought the limited edition Lotus Scura – and Alpina – who brought the LWB B7 – were expected to be there to represent the rest of the world. But Caterham – inheritors of Colin Chapman’s Lotus 7  heritage – took advantage of some cheap floor space and turned up with a new car – the Caterham CSR 175./p> The CSR is Caterham’s top of the range, and this CSR 175 slots in as the bottom of the top – if that makes sense.

Peugeot teases Onyx supercar concept

Tue, 11 Sep 2012

Peugeot has teased a supercar concept dubbed the Onyx ahead of its world debut at this month's Paris motor show. The Onyx will be further developing the supercar concepts that we've seen the automaker unveil in the past – such as the SR1 convertible and the EX1 electric racer – and is likely to indicate Peugeot's future design language as well as that of the RCZ's successor. From the teaser images we can see that the Onyx has the classic supercar wedge shape with a cab-forward design and a rear spoiler that rises at high speeds.
