Issue:

Both passenger and driver sides have minor scratches and scuff marks on lens. Lights have been tested, and are in working condition. Both passenger and driver side inner housing chorme paint has not been properly applied, and air bubbles can be seen. This item does not come with light bulbs, or instructions on how to install.
