At the end of last year we saw the VW Cross Coupe Concept at the Tokyo Motor Show, an ‘Urban’ Crossover come SUV Concept from Volkswagen that looked as if it had stolen every current design trend and morphed it in to one concept. The first photo has leaked of Renault's new Alpine sports car, the A110-50. It's a concept car due to be shown at the Monaco grand prix this weekend, according to online reports of an official announcement due on Friday 25 May. Only this single photo has been published ahead of the embargo - revealing a low, blue sports car with heavy overtones of the Renault Dezir concept car first shown at the 2010 Paris motor show.

BMW launched its next marketing campaign for the BMW i3 and i8, aimed at the tech consumer. The campaign runs on location-service Foursquare, social-news round-up site Mashable and iAd, Apple's mobile-advertising network. The iAd campaign will run in Europe on iPhones, iPods and iPads.
