Citroen DS Wild Rubis tease previews new DS SUV (video)
Mon, 08 Apr 2013Citroen are teasing what appears to be a DS SUV ahead of the Shanghai Motor Show later in April – the Citroen Wild Rubis Concept. With French car makers suffering from a downturn in sales in recent years, one beacon of light has been the success of the resurrected DS badge to adorn a range of more upmarket Citroens. Thu, 15 Aug 2013The Porsche 918 Spyder arrives at Pebble Beach The Porsche 918 Spyder has been on its way for quite some time, and we’ve seen it in umpteen guises from 918 Concept to 918 in disguise to 918 in Martini colours. And now we get the real deal – the production version of the 918 Spyder. But rather than a fanfare and a gazillion photos, Porsche has simply posted a single photo on Twitter to announce that the production 918 is at Montery Motor Week.
Fiat Photo Bombs VW on Google Street View
Wed, 16 May 2012Fiat Photo Bombs VW Fiat has managed to park a Fiat 500 right outside VW’s Swedish HQ just as Google Street View cameras pass by. Regular readers may remember Top Gear’s Stig turning up on Google Street View a few years ago as the PR team at the BBC managed to park his Stigness in front of various landmarks just as Google’s Street View cameras passed by. That little trick seems to have inspired Fiat in Sweden (although Fiat aren’t publicly admitting it) to do something similar and, to be honest, much more amusing.
