Hyundai revises fuel-economy numbers downward again

Hyundai revamped its fuel numbers on its Sonata sedan on March 4, and on Monday it issued an apology for misleading buyers. This is the second time in two years the company has needed to make amends for false numbers. Hyundai said the original number on its Sonata was 12.6 km per liter, which translates to 29.6 mpg.

Renault will unveil its latest concept car tomorrow at its plant in Valladolid, Spain. The carmaker says the concept, previewed in one image, will "provide a bridge between the world of Formula 1 and that of electric vehicles". When Jaguar revealed the F-Type at Frankfurt last year (well, the C-X16 concept) it was powered by a new V6 Supercharged engine – basically a cut-down version of Jaguar’s V8.
