A tracking number will be e-mailed once your item has shipped. This Fixed Price and Free Shipping & Handling charge ONLY applies to residents of the continental United States (U.S.A.). • We usually ship out 1~2 business days after we have received a cleared PayPal payment with a confirmed address.
• All orders over $200 will require a phone number. Orders without a phone number may delay the delivery. You can add your phone number during checkout on PayPal. A signature may be needed upon delivery.

We only accept PayPal (Immediate Payment Required), most major Credit Cards, and Debit Cards. We will only ship to the Paypal and Credit Card confirmed shipping address provided.

We will gladly accept returns if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product. There will be a minimum 15% restocking fee plus the original cost of shipping.

• Please keep in mind that any returns must be made within 14 days from the receipt of the item.
• Damage caused during installation is not considered a product deficiency and will not be covered under warranty. Any returns made without an RMA number will be sent back at the buyer's expense.
• We will exchange any defective products free of charge. Refunds are not available for defective items.
• Please send any returns or defective items back to RambowTech through any major carrier with a prepaid insured label and RMA number.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
