REFUNDS / Warranty

Please report any errors within 48hrs of receiving product.  Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, no exceptions  All returned product MUST be approved with RGA # prior to return, otherwise product may not be accepted at the warehouse and additional fees MAY BE APPLIED. ALL Returns must be delivered to our Toronto warehouse, email for instructions. If you are not satisfied with our product, return it pre-paid and un-used in the original packaging and we will credit your entire purchase, except shipping. Re-stocking fee of 15% applies to all returns.
