New Kia Flagship Showroom in West London

With Kia sales growing strongly in the UK, Kia are building a new flagship showroom in West London next to the A4 and M4. Just like sister car maker Hyundai, Kia’s offerings are becoming more credible with every new model and in a clear sign of the ever-rising confidence from the Koreans, Kia is planning a big new flagship showroom in West London. The new Kia showroom – which will sit alongside the A4 and M4 in Brentford, key car showroom territory – will consist of four floors, a curved facade with a ‘floating’ upper showroom with multi-level parking for visitors, and extend to a rather large 41,237 sq ft.

Rolls-Royce puts dragons on Phantoms for the Chinese New Year

Rolls-Royce is commemorating the 2012 Chinese New Year with a Year of the Dragon Collection of limited-edition Phantoms boasting dragon-themed detailing. The Bespoke design team at Rolls-Royce drew inspiration from the dragon of the Chinese zodiac--symbolizing power, prosperity and good fortune--for which this year will be named. Campaigners oppose CCTV parking camera ban

CAMPAIGN groups have joined local authorities in warning against plans to ban CCTV parking cameras. The Local Government Association (LGA) and the groups are opposed to Government plans to stop councils from using CCTV to tackle dangerous parking outside schools. The cameras are being used to prevent drivers blocking bus lanes and loading bays and to stop pavement parkers posing a risk to disabled pedestrians.
