A pilot's headset complete with cockpit jack plugs and adjustable microphone.  No evidence of a maker mark/plate but appears to be US manufactured.  The jack plugs are marked M642/4-1 (6.35 mm dia) and M642/5-1 (5.25 mm dia) respectively.  Volume control nob, and adjustable head cushion,  The earphone inner sponges are slightly fatigued (photos 6 & 7) and the microphone end sponge is missing (assuming it was fitted), otherwise in a complete and good overall condition.  I have not checked the headset for correct operation; that is left to the successful bidder.  I believe the headset was primarily designed for fixed-wing operations but it may work with rotary wing as well.  No material damage other the earphone sponges mentioned.   Note: the head display is NOT INCLUDED, Any questions please email
