Safari Vintage Roof Rack (Long Version)

Custom made original Land Cruiser roof racks made by master Toyota craftsman using original die and templates.

Fits all FJ40 and BJ40 models years 1967-1985.  Each rack is made to order and is finished in either white or black powder coating and comes with all necessary mounting hardware.

Includes rack and ladder and all necessary mounting hardware.  Mounting instructions included.  Installation requires the drilling of two (2) pilot holes at base of ladder.

Delivery:

All shipping costs and duties are the responsibility of the buyer and are in addition to the selling price.  Delivery within one (1) to two (2) weeks of manufacturing.  All racks made to order!

The 2011 Ford Explorer Because it’s unlikely we will get the 2011 Ford Explorer on this side of the Pond, we haven’t covered its interminable tease in any real detail. Yes, we reported on the 2011 Explorer getting Ford’s new Curve Control, an electronanny designed to cure understeer, but we didn’t report every silly photo Ford released. But not being thorough on reporting a really boring and drawn out tease is one thing, but we can’t ignore the launch of a new version of a vehicle that until quite recently was selling almost 500k a year.

Nissan Hi-Cross Concept at 2012 Geneva motor show

Nissan made constant reference to being ‘owners’ of the crossover concept during their Geneva press conference. From the Murano to the Juke, via the Qashqai, rugged urban transport has been one of its big success stories (alright, maybe not the Murano). The seven-seater Hi-Cross Concept, premiered here, showcases some of the styling ideas that Nissan could filter through to future production models and also features a hybrid drivetrain and new version of its CVT gearbox.
