This light was used by my dad when he was a volunteer sheriff' in Chicago in the 50's, I THINK, as I was born in the 50's, it plugs into the lighter and the light has a rubber suction cup that attaches to the roof and this light does blink. Arutunoff, known as Toly to his friends, was on his way to the Sports Car Club of America convention in Las Vegas when he stopped to help a stranded driver along Interstate 40 in Amarillo, Texas.
