These festoon bulbs are 6V. The listing price is for one pair of bulbs (2). Watch how easy it is to install them into your SWF brand VW semaphores: Here they are installed in my buddy's 53 split with SHO semaphores. To install them in SHO semaphores, you have to remove the semaphore from the car and take the lens off.
