Flowmaster operates the only exhaust Research & Design facilities of its kind in the world, centered around the SuperFlow SF-7100 engine dynamometer complete with E.C.A. (engine cycle analysis) equipment and also SuperFlow chassis dyno's. Through use of these dyno's, Flowmasters engineering staff can track the complete engine cycle in millionths of a second and can obtain exact technical data of each degree of cam rotation, from induction to the tip of the exhaust system, while also showing the power numbers that really matter, the power numbers to the ground. Flowmaster also utilizes Spectrum Analyzers to fine tune the sound of each of the eleven different series of mufflers that Flowmaster currently offers, both for peak performance and just the right sound levels and tones. Flowmasters product line includes exhaust products for Performance Street, Muscle cars, Trucks, Street Rods, RV's, Motorhomes, and all types of race applications. About 45cm, and that’s all it took for lewis Hamilton to take pole position for tomorrow’s race from team mate Nico Rosberg in the dying seconds of final qualifying. Mercedes may have closed out the front row for tomorrow’s race, but they didn’t do it in the dominant way that has been the picture for the current season so far.

Thu, 17 Nov 2011Nissan Juke-R - finally finished Nissan certainly milked the creation of the Nissan Juke-R for all it was worth. There were endless teases and photos – and even a video or three – some of which we covered, and some of which we didn’t, as it all got a wee bit tedious. But Nissan has finished their test-tube creation of a sub-compact SUV with the heart and soul of Godzilla, and has sent us a nice little video and a set of photos of the Juke-R looking menacing and purposeful in black.

Fri, 27 Dec 2013New Qoros at Geneva 2014 – looks like a Crossover/SUV Chinese car maker Qoros – hoping to make inroads in to the European market with its Qoros 3 saloon – is heading for the Geneva Motor Show in March with a new model, teased today in a pair of photos. Qoros’s first production model – the Qoros 3 – arrived in production guise at Geneva this year as a convincing – if generic -looking – four-door saloon, which we did think an odd route to go to break in to Europe. But the next Qoros – previewed here in a couple of teaser photos – looks to be a production version of the Qoros Cross Hybrid Concept Qoros showed at Geneva and a much better route to grabbing a slice of Europe’s car sales.
