announce the addition of its new line of Universal Catalytic Converters
specifically engineered for California. Offered for a wide variety of vehicle
applications, these converters meet California Emission requirements for
designated vehicle applications and have been granted an Exemption Order (EO)
by the California Air Resources Board. Manufactured in the USA, these
converters feature internal substrate material and precious metal loading have
been carefully engineered for maximum efficiency and to avoid "MIL"
code issues that are common with lower quality products. Universal Catalytic
Converters require welding and/or fabrication and should be installed by
qualified technicians. These stainless steel converters include a 50,000 mile
emissions, and 50,000 mile/5 year exterior casing warranty. California
universal converters are vehicle application specific; please refer to the
Flowmaster Application Guide for specific part number, vehicle application and
California Executive Order number information. These converters may also be
required in states that have adopted all or parts of California's vehicle
emissions standards. Please check state and local laws for specific converter
replacement requirements.

We ship all of our products within 24 hours of cleared payment. Most orders shipped out of the country are shipped with United States Postal Service unless the item is too heavy and then UPS will be used. We will combine shipping orders.
Our Returns Policy
You may return your part or product within 90 days after placing your order. All returns must include the original packaging. All items must be returned in a shipping box to protect the orginal product box and contents. PLEASE DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT BOX AS ITS SHIPPING BOX. Any items damaged because of incorrect installation will not be refunded. All returns must include a copy of your packing slip, order number, or RMA number so we can identify your order. Please pack your return securely in the original box or package.
Refunds:

Former Volkswagen designer Derek Jenkins has been hired to be the design chief for Mazda in America. Jenkins, 39, fills a position vacated last summer by Franz von Holzhausen, who left to take the top design post at electric-vehicle maker Tesla Motors. Jenkins had been chief of design for the Volkswagen Group in North America, which he joined in 2000.
