Return/Exchange Policy
All Returns/Exchanges must be post-marked within 14 days of receiving item.
All merchandise purchased from PERF-MOTO is sold in its
original factory packaging with all contents as supplied to us by the
manufacturer/distributor. Therefore it can be returned or exchanged only if in
original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all
literature/instructions/documentation and attached tags, instructions, etc. Worn
items, used items and any items without the tags attached will be refused.
Never ship an item in its original manufacturers packaging because this will
damage the packaging. Please use a cardboard/postal box or other adequate
packaging to ensure your return or exchange is not damaged on the way back to
PERF-MOTO. In other words, even though your item came in a box,
you need to put that box in another box for shipping purposes. We are not
responsible for goods we received that are damaged. These damaged goods become
the property of the buyer if not shipped properly, and you may be charged to
send them back.
All returns/exchanges must include an Return Merchandise Authorization form. Go to perfmoto dot com/RMA. This form will include all information to help us process the return/exchange quickly and correctly.

First Class International (35-42 days delivery and NO tracking) or USPS Priority Mail International (14-20 days delivery with limited tracking), or USPS Express Mail International (8-14 days delivery with detailed tracking). We offer up to a 42% Shipping Discount
if you purchase 2 items or more. To qualify for the shipping discount,
purchases must use the same shipping method and be paid at the same time.
Discount example: This example is if you buy 3 items but it works for any purchase of 2 items or more. When you buy three items and the shipping charges are $20, $10, and $30, the total shipping cost to you
is $30 + ($20 x 0.58) + ($10 x 0.58) = $47.80. If you didn't get a discount you would have paid $60.00. We use 0.58 to multiply the shipping rates which achieves the 42% off. Even though the Jaguar XF actually slipped from 2nd to 3rd in the top cars section (although it was the ‘Best Executive Car’), behind the Skoda Superb and Skoda Yeti, it received five star ratings for performance, service and running costs and owners rated it as ‘Excellent’ across all categories. And it was more good news for Jaguar Land Rover as Land Rover was rated the most improved brand in 2013, jumping in to the top ten (in 6th place) for the first time, with Freelander owners noting an improved dealer experience and Discovery owners reporting 30 per cent fewer faults – and actually leading the SUV sector for reliability. That’ll help the still lingering perception that JLR’s cars can be ‘fragile’.

But Land Rover did tell us the 4.4 litre TDV8 will be joining the range later in the year and that a diesel-electric hybrid would be on offer too. And now we know that the diesel hybrid Range Rover Sport – and a Range Rover Hybrid – will both debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September. Stuart Frith, LR’s head programme engineer for the new RRS, has confirmed to Car Sales in Australia that the hybrid Range Rover and Sport will arrive in September – as will the TDV8 RRS – but that the 2.0 litre EcoBoost petrol engine for the RRS is still a way off, even though Land Rover are already running it and believe it still offers all a real Range Rover Sport should.
