Parent company Volkswagen's EA888 engine -- as used by a wide range of models from Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda and Seat -- will motivate the new Porsche SUV. The turbocharged 2.0-liter inline four-cylinder direct-injection unit, boasting the same state of tune found on the Golf GTi Performance Package, develops 234 hp and 258 lb-ft of torque between 1,500 and 4,500 rpm.

Photos of the redesigned 2011 Chrysler 200 convertible have hit the Internet, weeks before its planned official debut. Images of the 200 convertible, which replaces the Chrysler Sebring convertible, apparently leaked onto the Web in Europe. The car likely will make its formal debut at the Chicago auto show in February or at the New York auto show in April.

McLaren MP4-12C - back on track
The birth of the McLaren MP4-12 C should have been a cause for real celebration; the first new McLaren in a generation (almost) and a Brit competitor for the Ferrari 458. But there have been problems.
