I will provide all information I know and answer questions, part shown is what you will receive, all parts came from the same outboard. Will send pictures before dismantling on request. I do not know the proper terminology or names of many of these parts. All parts are used and are in "AS IS in AS FOUND CONDITION".
Information noted before dismantling: Flying O Co, 100 W. Second Street, Dubuque, IA Model 1181, Serial 95596, Outboard Motor being sold as pieces and parts. The Motor was locked, single cylinder, hp?, believed to be from the 1940's/1950's. Purchased in Central Illinois so I am sure it has never been in salt water. I am not a mechanic, could not repair one if I had to. Removed bolts and screws and carefully removed pieces. Have included a photo of the outboard before dismantling. More pictures on request. Armature Coil : Marked: 30550 Tecumseh Ezee Start Magneto, do not know if it works. New smart fortwo electric drive enters production
Tue, 12 Jun 2012Mercedes has announced that the third generation 2012 smart fortwo electric drive has gone in to production. Mercedes may, very sensibly, be pursuing hydrogen fuel cells as the real future of motoring but they still have an eye on electric cars as urban runarounds. That urban EV takes shape as the Smart EV, and the third generation smart fortwo ED (electric drive) debuted at the Geneva Motor Show in March and has now gone in to production.
Fall in drug-driving admissions
Fri, 07 Feb 2014THE NUMBER of motorists admitting to drug-driving is falling, according to Government figures. Just 0.5% of motorists said they had driven under the influence of drugs during the 2012/13 financial year compared with 1% who owned up to this offence during 2011/12. Based on a survey by the Office for National Statistics, the figures also showed that 6.4% of motorists had admitted drink-driving at least once in 2012/13 compared with 7.4% in 2011/12.
