I will provide all information I know and answer questions, part shown is what you will receive, all parts came from the same outboard. Will send pictures before dismantling on request. I do not know the proper terminology or names of many of these parts. All parts are used and are in "AS IS in AS FOUND CONDITION".
Information noted before dismantling: Flying O Co, 100 W. Second Street, Dubuque, IA Model 1181, Serial 95596, Outboard Motor being sold as pieces and parts. The Motor was locked, single cylinder, hp?, believed to be from the 1940's/1950's. Purchased in Central Illinois so I am sure it has never been in salt water. I am not a mechanic, could not repair one if I had to. Removed bolts and screws and carefully removed pieces. Have included a photo of the outboard before dismantling. More pictures on request. Audi are bigging-up the Audi A3 saloon ahead of its arrival in the USA with a quartet of commercials demonstrating the regret buyers have if they’ve already opted for a Mercedes, BMW or Lexus. We get a video on ‘Luxury Car Abstinence’, one of ‘Shame’, one on Buyer’s Remorse’ and one on ‘Lessons’ with the theme being that you should save yourself for the best – the Audi A3 Saloon – and not bother with the also-rans.

With BIK rates set based on CO2 emissions and list price, it’s hard to find a way to beat the system. Even opting for a diesel car doesn’t help because, despite much better economy on the whole from diesels than petrol engined cars, HMRC adds an extra 3% to your BIK rate because diesels emit more of the stuff that matters – particulates and NOx – than a petrol-engined car.
