Mercedes-Benz GLA45 AMG is go for launch at 2014 Detroit Motor Show

The German firm has given the green light for GLA45 AMG, with the final production version set to make its world debut at the 2014 NAIAS North American International Auto Show in Detroit later this month.

The style changes are very minor – a bit of chrome trim and bigger door mirrors – and the 407 Coupe now gets Bluetooth and hands-free as standard equipment on its Connect Navigation (RNEG). But the big news is the new diesel engines.
