FOR 00-03 HONDA S2000 AP1 S2K BLACK STAINLESS STEEL HOSE BRAIDED BRAKE LINE KIT
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Stainless steel brake lines improve pedal feel and reduce the amount of time between applied pedal pressure and actual deceleration by preventing expansion, which stock rubber lines allow. This provides a quicker pedal response, and allows the driver to maintain consistent brake pressure and precision. These lines consist of a PTFE inner line that is covered with a layer of stainless steel woven braid.

The PTFE tube is very resistant to expansion under pressure and will not degrade from exposure to brake fluid. The stainless steel braid provides support for the PTFE and the weave is extremely durable against incidental impact and abrasion.

INCLUDE:

  • 1 x set of racing brake lines

    FEATURES:

  • Made of PTFE hoses, which are wrapped with stainless steel braid
  • PVC coating designed to resist extreme weather, chemicals and abrasion for long term value
  • Eliminates sponginess under heavy braking with better responses
  • Replacing stock / OE rubber hoses, which possibly explode; Reduces expansion with improved braking and firmer pedal feel
  • Eliminates brake "fade" while giving better mid-braking feels across the entire spectrum.

    NOTES:

Ford B-Max set for Geneva 2011

    Fri, 10 Dec 2010

The Ford B-Max crossover, based on the Iosis Concept (pictured), will debut at Geneva 2011 The Ford Fusion arrived in 2002 as a stretched version of the Ford Fiesta – a mini MPV. And for a while it did pretty well in the sales charts, reaching a peak in 2007 as second only to Vauxhall’s Meriva. But its slide since then has been significant and last year it languished in fifth place with sales of 30,000.

Chris Harris finds the McLaren P1 “a whole new thing” (video)

    Thu, 20 Feb 2014

Chris Harris and McLaren’s Chris Goodwin in the McLaren P1 We know the McLaren P1 is exceptional, and we’ve heard almost the same ‘game changer’ dialogue from anyone who’s driven it. We’ve also seen the McLarenj P1 on the move in the recent Top Gear with Jeremy scaring himself witless in Belgium as his brain came to terms with the awesome 903bhp at the P1′s disposal on a less than forgiving Spa circuit in damp conditions. But what we have here – in case you’ve not seen it elsewhere – is a video review of the McLaren P1 from Drive’s Chris Harris, and it does the best job we’ve seen of explaining just why the P1 is so special and why it’s “…a whole new thing”.

Citroen DS5 promo: Arsenal players take on English National Ballet +video

    Sat, 07 Apr 2012

The Arsenal players and ENB dancers with the Citroen DS5 The Arsenal players and ENB dancers with the Citroen DS5 In a slightly odd promotion for the Citroen DS5, Citroen has teamed up Arsenal players with the English National Ballet It looks a bit like Citroen has been taking notice of MINI’s somewhat off-the-wall promotions for their cars and have decided a great way to get the DS5 – now it’s on sale in the UK –  front and central is to take Arsenal players Alex Song, Wojciech Szczesny, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Bacary Sagna off to the English National Ballet to get some lessons. We’re assuming the link with the DS5 is supposed to be all about elegance, power, shape, beauty, grace or any number of ways you can describe ballet and, by association, the Citroen DS5. We get treated to the Arsenal players doing a lift or two, managing a Plié at the bar and even a Pas de deux, Pirouette and an Arabesque (and now we’ve run out of ballet terminology).
