As far back as 2011, Subaru in the US confirmed that a turbo version of the BRZ’s 2.0 litre FA20 Boxer engine was under development although, to be fair, they didn’t say it was actually heading for the BRZ. And just last year, Subaru teased what we thought could be a more powerful BRZ STI, but that turned out to be a BRZ tS with go faster bits but no more actual power.
Nissan to build sporty crossover in the UK

The model is an addition to Nissan’s current range and is described as an ‘innovative all-new compact car’. The new car is expected to be a crossover model, with Nissan previously having stated it wishes to expand its line-up beyond Qashqai, Qashqai+2 and the forthcoming Murano.
Ford Mustang adds ‘Mayhem' to its option list

Ford put out a call to its 1.4 million Facebook fans with the question, “What should we call the Mustang V6 Performance package?” More than 3,000 submissions were made via Ford's Facebook page, and almost 6,700 users installed the “You Name It” app. The winning submission came from a fan in North Carolina, who won a three-year lease on the 2012 Ford Mustang V6.
