Designed in Europe and built in Turkey, this is a Europe-focused supermini and benefits from a new, pumped-up platform designed to close the gap between the i20 and class leaders such as the Ford Fiesta and VW Polo. Hyundai is claiming one of the most spacious cabins in the B-segment, thanks to a wheelbase stretched by 45mm – a couple of inches longer than before.
BMW Vision Future Luxury at 2014 Beijing Motor Show hints at new 9 Series
Sun, 20 Apr 2014BMW unveiled its latest concept on Easter Sunday, which could signal an all-new 9 Series model to top its range. The four-seater concept – called Vision Future Luxury – was revealed at the Beijing Motor Show, but MSN Cars got a sneak preview of the car back in Munich, Germany in early April 2014 and spoke to its key designers to bring you this ‘inside track’ report. The big news is that this Vision Future Luxury concept could herald the introduction of an ultra-luxurious BMW four-door model above the 7 Series, and thus also logically mean that a new 8 Series coupe and possibly 8 Series Gran Coupe could fit in-between. Britain’s most reliable cars revealed in 2014 Driver Power survey
Tue, 22 Apr 2014UK car drivers are happier with their cars than ever before, according to a survey of over 50,000 motorists. The Driver Power survey by Auto Express found that the average satisfaction rating of a car in the top 100 was 88.36% - a rise of 7% compared to when the survey was launched in 2002. When completing the survey, owners are asked to rate their cars for factors from reliability to running costs and from comfort to ease of driving.
