Jaguar Land Rover lands Nokia's Damien Dinning

Jaguar Land Rover has acquired the services of Nokia's chief imaging head Damien Dinning, who it hopes will advance its connected car systems. Dinning, who has been with the Finnish technology giant since 2004, took the decision to leave because of his reluctance to relocate his family from the UK to Finland. Motor City to Mile High: Chrysler and Mopar sponsor cross-country rally

Chrysler and Mopar are taking fans on an adventure, or a MoVenture, as they call it. The company is hosting a scavenger hunt across America, beginning on July 15. The road rally begins in Detroit and ends in Golden, Colo., at the Mopar Mile High NHRA Nationals, which runs July 22-24.

Tesla rolls out Model S hatchback, plans late 2011 start
