BMW 1-Series Performance Accessories Concept at Frankfurt 2011 It’s only been a few months since BMW revealed the 2012 1-Series and already they’re working on adding a sensible dose of ‘M’ goodness to the new compact, with the BMW 1-Series Performance Accessories Concept heading to Frankfurt to show off their efforts. The concept gets a set of chunky 19″ alloys, uprated suspension and brakes, an integrated rear diffuser and titivated exhaust tips.. There’s also an extensive body kit, carbon fibre door mirrors and a thumping great stripe right up the middle.

Hyundai puts Michel Nandan in charge of WRC effort

Hyundai has appointed former Peugeot WRC technical director Michel Nandan to head up their assault on WRC. As Hyundai matures in to a credible mainstream force, improving brand perception is crucial to its long-term goals and 2012 is all about improving Hyundai’s brand experience and perceptions of the brand. Honda launches heritage-collection clothing line

If a Honda Accord or Civic, or maybe even a Goldwing motorcycle, isn't enough of a fashion statement for you, Honda has a new line of clothes rolling out this spring. The Honda Heritage Clothing Collection debuted with a launch party and fashion show this week in Los Angeles. Capitalizing on the vintage T-shirt trend, Honda's new collection includes tees, shop shirts, shrunken sweatshirts and tote bags branded with graphics inspired by the carmaker's logos and advertising campaigns of the 1960s, '70s and '80s.
