  Condition: This manual is in Good condition with moderate to heavy wear on front and back covers, and only minor wear on pages; front and back covers have some paint splatters, a few pencil writing marks, and moderate amounts of staining/dirt.  The edges have some staining and minor wear, and the binding has moderate wear and a tear ( a few inches long) along the binding edge of front cover...see pictures.  Pages are in very good condition, completely legible, nice and clean!....see pictures. 

We use our own pictures so you can see the actual condition of the book.  If I have multiples of this book listed, I will try to show pictures of any wear on each copy, so yours will be in the same condition as the one in the picture or better!  The pictures may not show accurate color shades or details very well, please email if you have any questions.
