these are high quality  one piece stainless forged exhaust valves for the 2.3 turbo motor they are nitride coated for hardness and durability.

i have them with true stock fitment  with stock stem lengths and stock keeper grooves .  and i also have them with stock fit but oversized head  if you want drop in valves you have to go stock  if you go oversized you will need to cut new valve seats in your head.

The new MINI Paceman has been given a range-topping model in the guise of the 140mph MINI John Cooper Works Paceman. Debuts at Detroit 2013. The Paceman JCW gets a convincing setup, with the same 1.6 litre 216bhp 1.6 litre as the Countryman JCW which delivers 207lb/ft of torque – and an extra 14lb/ft from an overboost – enough to send the Paceman JCW to 62mph in 6.9 seconds and on to 140mph (139mph in the auto, not that it matters as performance is the same otherwise).

Ford isn’t planning an ST or RS Fiesta, but this is the next best thing – the Ford Fiesta S2000 rally car. Built by M-Sport - the same team behind the WRC Focus - it’s Ford first global rally car. The Fiesta is eligible to enter national rally championships, as well as the IRC and S2000 World Cup in 2010, and will also form the basis of Ford’s WRC effort in 2011. It will debut as a course car at next week’s Rally of Scotland, the final round of this year’s IRC.
