Santa Margarita Ford will not accept refunds after 14 days. All returned parts must be in the original packaging and must include a copy of your invoice. There are no returns on electrical, fuel, high performance parts, racing parts, previously installed, or special ordered parts. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returns if Santa Margarita Ford concludes the order was your error, but is still a returnable item. If the error is Santa Margarita Ford error, we, in our sole discretion, will cover shipping expenses and re-send the item to you. If the order error is the customer’s error, charges for shipping and handling are not refundable. Please contact us by phone for a Return Authorization Number, prior to returning any merchandise. If you choose to email us, please include your order number and "Return Authorization" in the subject line. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Parts must be returned for inspection prior to any refund being issued. The new Jaguar F-Type hasn’t hit the road yet – in fact very few outside Jaguar have been behind the wheel – but one has already crashed. The new Jaguar F-Type hasn’t started to hit Jaguar showrooms yet, and very few have been driven by anyone outside Jaguar. Jaguar have been letting a few ‘names’ loose in the F-Type for a bit of PR, like Le Mans driver Andy Wallace and Martin Brundle, but most of the ‘press’ play with the F-Type has been in the passenger seat.

Campaign Group Calls For Halt To 20mph Roll Out

CAMPAIGN group Alliance of British Drivers (ABD) is calling for Government to halt the roll out of 20mph zones following further increases in 20mph accidents. The organisation has also questioned the motivation of proponents who continue to advocate a national roll out of 20mph zones, despite an ongoing Government investigation and claims of increased recorded accident statistics in current 20mph zones. In a recent survey of its members: 95% of Alliance of British Drivers' members believe that the roll out of 20mph zones and limits should be halted pending Government research into increased casualty statistics in current zones.
